This apartment is located at Icon City, which is one of the most strategic location in Petaling Jaya. We are centrally located in the corner of Federal Highway and LDP. Popular shopping complex like Mid Valley, Sunway Pyramid, and Paradigm Mall are within 10 mins drive.

Visitors can park at level 1, valet parking (RM 13 per day)(8am - 8 pm)
RM 15 (overnight parking)
Please be noted that there is only one security camera outside the apartment entrance.
- Please noted that Rm500 security deposit will be collect before arrival date, will return in 3 working days if follow house rules and nothing was damage.
- Lost of lift access card : RM100
- Lost of carpark access card : RM150
- Every visitor need to register themself before access to the apartment. (level 1)
- Max 2 cars can be parked, visitors can choose to park at valet parking (per entry) or basement parking (per hour).
- Host are holding the right if guests against house rules.
- Please be noted that there is only one security camera outside the apartment entrance.
- Please remove all the decors when check out, any left over will be charged additional RM 200 for cleaning.
