Guests can anytime after 3:00PM, checkout time at 12PM, key collection at the mailbox. The guide line will be send to you one day before your check in date. Kindly provide us your whatapps number.

【Directions from Airport:】
• The best way is to take a GRAB car from the airport
• Cost is RM65 excluding toll fare

• Key in your pick up location (KLIA door 1, 2, etc) and your destination enter “Scarletz Suites”
• It will take approximately 45 - 60 minutes to reach the grand lobby of the apartment

【Parking】
Parking is RM5 flat rate per entry or 24hrs for registered guest. You need to validate your ticket at security room just behind the front desk.
【Long Stay Electricity Usage】
For stay-duration of a week or above, guests are responsible keeping electricity usage at befitting (10kWh) per day. By exceeding the usage, guests are required to pay the extra amount exceeding and host has the rights to request the extra charges.
【Dual Key Unit】
This is a dual key property and is separated with a door locked in between the wall.
