Huge well renovated villa that can fit up to 40 pax with private pool at Subang City Centre. Our strategic location is just 3 mins away from Subang Parade. The villa is comes with spacious living area where can fit more people at the same time. Basement Karaoke Room will be one of the highlight of your stay as well.
This villa is suitable for family gathering, company meeting , team building, photo/videoshooting, wedding (max 50 pax) and etc.
This villa comes with an amazing rooftop where you could hang out and chill during evening time. Right in front of you will be the scenery view of Subang. Besides that, you could also have your meeting or event here as we are providing a room with projector and flip chart board. And for parents, is not easy to take care on your kids, therefore we provide a kid's room to ease your work.

Approximately can park 6 cars in front of the car porch. Other cars can park at the along the roadside right in front the house, approximately can park around 15 cars more.

- We would like to request guests to be considerate not to disturb the neighborhood. Outdoor access to the pool area will be allowed at night, but no outside speakers / DJ will be permitted. Any noise generating activities will need to shift indoors after 11 midnight.
- Please noted that Rm1000 security deposit will be collect before arrival date, will return in 3 working days if follow house rules and nothing was damage.
- There is 1 security camera at the car porch & another 1 security camera monitoring the swimming pool
- Please be noted that there will be pool cleaning conducted every Monday and Thursday around 10.30 am. The cleaner will be there doing the cleaning on swimming pool.
- If you have more than 20 cars, please refer to host on the parking arrangement.
- Our bed ready set up for 35 pax, if you have 40 pax to sleep over which is the maximum capacity of this villa, kindly inform in advance so we could set up the remaining floor mattress.
- Guest only can use the BBQ equipment from host with extra charge of RM200. Need to inform in 1 day in advance for the arrangement.
- Host are holding the right to charge penalty if guests against house rules.
- Cleaning charges are applicable to cover the costs of the usual cleaning and sanitization. Soiling, vomiting, and damage to bedspreads will incur additional cleaning charges which shall be deducted from the deposit. Contamination of the pool water or throwing any unnecessary items into the pool will also be fined.
- All bathroom comes with water heater.
- The villa is surrounded by trees so there will be mosquitoes especially evening time, please do prepare repellent spray for own comfort.
- Please remove all the decors when check out, any left over will be charged additional RM 300 for cleaning.
Disclaimer:
- The pool is deep and the dept is about 5.5 feets. Please be very careful and cautious.
- Parents/Guardians are advised to accompany and supervise the children when they are using the pool
- We shall not be responsible for any accident or injuries sustained or any misdemeanor arising out of the use of swimming pool.
- In case there is any injuries happen, basic first aid kit is provided at the bar area.

- Honking is not allowed as not to disturb our neighbours
• Special occasions and functions, including but not limited to celebration, gathering, retreat, meeting, training, etc.

• An extra venue fee will be imposed if guests are doing canopy setup

Setup & clean-up shall be done by guests. Penalty RM 500 will be charged if the canopy is not dismantle when check out.
