This house is located at Bukit Damansara, which is one of the most strategic location in Kuala Lumpur. We are centrally located at Jalan Teruntung, just 5 mins away from DC Mall. Other popular shopping complex like Mid Valley, The Garden, Bangsar village are within 10 -15 mins drive.
Kindly be noted that this is a landed property which separated into 6 units of houses. Each house will have their own entrance and privacy.
This house size is about 3000 sqft with spacious living area that most suitable for gathering and small party.

Total there is 6 units in this bungalow. Each unit has their own entrance. Please be noted that you might heard sound from other units as well. (especially karaoke sound)
FOR PARKING:
- For indoor parking, please park according to the lot provided (going to provide in check in details)
- Guest may park at the roadside opposite the house. (there is construction on going currently so can park along the roadside, just ensure is not blocking any entrance of houses)
- Maximum of 30 people for a single house only (including the guest)
Please be noted that there is only 1 security camera each at the front and back car porch.
- Kindly be noted that this is a landed property which separated into 6 units of houses. Each house will have their own entrance and privacy.
- Please noted that Rm500 security deposit will be collect before arrival date, will return in 3 working days if follow house rules and nothing was damage.
- Strictly no smoking in the unit (RM 200 will be fined if there is any cigarette butt found or smell)
- This house is located at housing area so please keep the noise level low after 11 pm.
- Host are holding the right if guests against house rules.
- Please be noted that there is only 1 security camera each at the front and back car porch.
- Please remove all the decors when check out, any left over will be charged additional RM 200 for cleaning.
